Your order will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. The Bling store ONLY ships within the continental United States.

- Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days.(The Bling Store is a retail boutique with a physical location. While we try to control inventory levels accurately, periodically there may be a discrepancy. We will contact you should your order take more than 3 days to process.)
- Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next business day.
- Shipments are made Monday-Friday. (Except holidays)
- All orders will be shipped using US Post Office/Priority Mail.
- Packages that are returned with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
- We are NOT responsible for the loss and/or damage of goods during the process of delivery.
- We do our best to maintain accurate inventory levels BUT, if for some reason we are out of stock of an item, we will contact you immediately via email or telephone. You will be told when the item will be available and an approximate shipping date. If this date is not satisfactory we will issue a credit immediately.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for store/website credit ONLY. Your store/website credit will be for the actual merchandise only. Shipping charges are NOT credited.
To request a return, please contact customer service for a return authorization code. NO merchandise will be accepted without a return authorization code.
